My Freezer Meal Books

Sorry, I've been so out of it! The beginning of the year is always such a crazy time for me and unfortunately I've picked up my first nasty cold of the year. I usually don't get sick until October so I'm hoping this isn't the beginnings of a yuckie year!
Anyways...I did do some freezer meals and I have to say that they are a total life saver!!! I only made few different types of meals to begin with. I just didn't have the 8-10 hour day available to make anything more. Here are the three books I got through Amazon and I can't wait to try out some more recipes once I've kicked this nasty thing!

30 Day Gourmet's BIG Book of Freezer Cooking. My husband loves the Taco Soup from this one.
