Changes

Wow, it's been a long time since I have posted on this blog. I've been over here for a while. If you hop over there you'll see why. 2012 was a roller coaster of a year and so much has changed. Where do I start? Well, I'm a mama to 3 crazy, fun boys not 2. I'm on leave from being a kindergarten teacher and am now staying home due to my youngest's prematurity. It's been a big change going from a full-time working mama to a stay at home mama, but it's also been a huge blessing. I've been trying to decide what to do blog wise. I feel like 2013 needs a fresh & fabulous start. I'm not just about evenings and weekends. I'm more like 24/7. So I'm trying to decide what to do. Stay here? Go there? Or turn over a fresh leaf and write about my new mostly fabulous life....decisions, decisions.

Valentines Day Learning Fun

Things are a bit crazy around our house....we had our twins at 25 weeks on Jan. 5th. (I know...crazy early!) They are the sweetest little boys! Skyler & Keller are doing as well as can be expected for being so early. They are such strong, amazing boys and I couldn't be prouder of them! I was admitted to the hospital for almost a week before having the boys so we set up daycare for the month of Jan for both of the big boys so right now I can go visit Sky & Keller during the day kiddo free. However, Feb. is quickly approaching and Ash (my 4 yr. old)  will be spending more time with me in the NICU and so I'm trying to gather as many quiet activities as possible. I found this Valentine's Day Pre-K pack at Over the Big Moon and it totally fits the bill! I am really excited about printing this out for Ash and making some of our quiet time learning time.

Fire Pit After

I realize I never got around to posting our fire pit afters. We really enjoyed the pit this past summer and I'm looking forward to using it a lot this coming summer! I LOVE a summer evening by the fire pit!

Christmas Breakfast...Cinnamon Baked French Toast

When I saw Pioneer Woman's Cinnamon Baked French Toast on Pinterest I almost drooled on my keyboard. I am SO making this for Christmas morning! Nothing like being preggo with twins to make a girl extra excited about Christmas breakfast! If you haven't ever made anything from The Pioneer Woman you need to! I swear everything is delish!

*We're also going to have our traditional eggs & bacon because my boys love their bacon! We all should be rolling away from the table Christmas morning and that should lead to a fabulous Christmas nap. I've just created this pregnant woman's dream!

Oh Boy! Oh Boy!

We found out today that we're having boys! So that means I will be the proud mama of 4 boys! Oh my!
I had originally hoped for two little girls (our twins are identical) but honestly when I saw their little boy parts on the screen I was just filled with joy!

Autumn Tree Inspiration

I feel so lame right now! Here is it October and I still have jars with shells & sand on my mantel. So sad...that needs to change quickly. I saw this tree on Ruffles And Stuff and it's inspiring me to make a couple for our TV room mantel. I'm thinking I can totally bust out a couple of these this weekend!
